The fee that funds SEVIS, the system that tracks international students and exchange visitors in the U.S. It is $350 on an F or M visa and $220 for most J programs, and you pay it before your visa interview. The I-901 system takes USD-capable cards, money orders, Western Union Quick Pay, or certified checks from a U.S. bank. SEVISmate handles all of that for you in your local currency.
Depends on the plan. Basic is 5 to 7 business days. Standard is 3 to 5. Express is 12 to 48 hours. After we submit, the I-901 system takes another 1 to 3 days to generate your receipt. Same on every plan.
Any major debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and whatever local payment options are available where you are. The total shows in your own currency.
Yes. SSL/TLS encryption end-to-end, the same standard banks use. Your personal info and payment details are never sold or shared with third parties.
It covers the cost of running this platform: cross-border payment processing, currency conversion, the dashboard, and the support team that picks up when something goes sideways. Your total is three lines: the I-901 fee itself ($350 for F-1 and M-1, $220 for most J-1 programs), a $10 transfer fee, and our service fee. The transfer fee is what it costs to move the $350 into the U.S. payment system. We pass it through at cost and keep none of it.
