How SEVISmate, a service operated by Graymont Group USA LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

We collect personal information when you use our Services, such as when you create an account or submit details to facilitate your SEVIS I-901 fee submission. This may include:

- SEVIS-related details (SEVIS ID, Form Type, School Code or Program Number)

- Uploaded documents (e.g. SEVIS coupons)

B. Service fee information
To settle our service fee, you provide financial information directly to our secure third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card or banking details on our servers. We only receive confirmation that the service fee has been settled.

5. Data security

6. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for account maintenance, service delivery, and legal compliance.
- Account information: retained while your account is active, then for up to 12 months after closure.
- Transaction records: retained for up to 7 years to satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.
- Service activity and security records: retained for up to 24 months, after which entries are deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing communications data: retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
You can request earlier deletion of any of the above at any time by contacting us. Where we are legally required to retain certain records, we will explain why before we respond.
7. Children's privacy
